Absolutely wrapped with my service from Home Care. I feel very blessed and grateful to my carers who try their utmost to make sure I feel looked after and get what I need. Shauni is fantastic, she is very caring and kind, she makes sure to stay on top of my appointments and that I get everywhere I need to go, including getting my coffee. Cliff is great value and we have a lot in common which makes my time with him a real pleasure. They're both great drivers, which is makes me feel very relaxed in their care. I am so thankful and grateful for the amazing care workers at Home Care Assistance Sunshine Coast. My mother-in-law had a fall and the beautiful care team came in every day to assist her with her personal care and medications enabling me to continue working and not worry about her constantly. My care worker Paige G is a ray of sunshine and I always look forward to her arriving on Thursdays! Paige is cheerful, fun, and always so supportive and positive. Paige is mainly with me to provide social support and she has encouraged me to stay active while we explore new coffee spots on the Sunshine Coast. Nice time shared with HCA clients at the client lunch. The venue was at Kings Beach  Tavern and was well catered. My client enjoyed her lunch too. The HCA friendly staff did a great job organising everything and making sure everyone was happy.

Donna has been my Carer for several years. Donna was first sent to myself and my husband who has now passed. Over those years I have always valued her Professionalism, Carer Consistency, her Common Sense, she is practical and reliable. Where does one start? There are many valid and true reasons we are changing providers to Home Care Assistance Sunshine Coast for my husband. From the initial contact via telephone to meeting in person. The experience so far has been: STRESS FREE Thanks to Helen, who has professionally managed the details for changing providers in a caring, warm, and welcoming manner. Helen has followed through with everything she said was going to happen and actioned what has been needed. I absolutely love that I haven't had to do anything except give notice to the previous provider on my husbands behalf. If you have concerns about your current provider,  I highly recommend you contact Home Care Assistance Sunshine Coast. You will see and hear the difference. My husband and I have been clients of Home Care Assistance for 18 months and are extremely happy with the services we are receiving. Naomi Annas is knowledgeable and informative and always treats us with compassion, dignity and respect.  We are very fortunate to have this wonderful lady as our case manager.  Although we realise  that Naomi has many other clients to attend to, with her kind and patient manner she makes us feel special and all our requests and queries are dealt with promptly. I would just like to say, Mary Barrett is an extra  kind carer, she’s very always here as close to starting time as possible due to traffic, she’s professional and makes sure I m readyI for  the day. She excels at her care and deserves a 10 out of ten, 🔟 she helps me get ready if I’m going out, even with my make up to go to lunch. She  makes sure I’m comfortable before she leaves, she always gets me a drink before she leaves after my shower, prompts me to do my exercise  assists me into my going out wheelchair ! I wont change from  this company as I  couldn’t bear to lose her companionship and care about the wonderful five star care I receive from Mary , it is always fun to see her in the morning as she has a wonderful singing voice which brightens my day.  She is also  best at caring for and bout me., as are all my carers! They all deserve  the highest  praise .5 stars for Mary Barrett.

We love our Case Manager Naomi. She is caring, efficient and professional. We used to be with Ozcare for 10 years. We are so glad we made the change to Home Care Assist. I shifted to Home Care Assistance from another Home Care Provider & I have found their approach to their clients to be caring, considerate, inclusive & informative. From the first interview I was made aware of services available to me, recommended for my needs & assistance at home. My case manager Nicole has only been recently assigned to assist me, but from first contact she has been kind, engaging, informative & proactive to find the services I require to assist me at home. I have been receiving services from this provider since December 2024. My care manager Louis Dillon is a genuine caring lady. It is obvious Louis is in the right field and shows immense compassion and empathy. I am unable to fault their professionalism or very quick responses to any queries I have had to date. All levels from phone contact through to accounting and case manager offers the best service and attention. Over the past 17 months my parents have had a very positive experience with the service and care given by Home Care Assistance. Mum and Dads case Manager Naomi does a fantastic job coordinating and managing Mum and Dads package, we cannot fault Naomi she is very friendly, professional and responsive. I want to extend a huge thanks to Ev, the General Manager at Home Care Assistance Sunshine Coast, for guiding me through the complexities of the Aged Care system for my sick mother. I felt completely lost, unsure of what she had been assessed and approved for. It turned out she only had a CHSP, but thanks to Ev’s expertise, we managed to secure an urgent review for a Home Care Package. Without her help, we’d still be waiting for support.
