Case Managers
As a Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the best care possible. You’ll work closely with families, Care Workers, and our clinical team to coordinate services that promote independence and well-being, including:
- Conduct client assessments and develop tailored care plans
- Establish trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Coordinate services in collaboration with our Scheduling Team
- Monitor budgets to ensure clients receive the right support
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing care management
Rostering Officer
Rostering Officers are vital in ensuring that our Care Workers and clients are matched efficiently, allowing for seamless care delivery. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, coordination, and communication, including:

Develop and manage Care Worker schedules to ensure clients receive timely care

Be the first point of contact for client and employee inquiries

Monitor Care Worker attendance and make scheduling adjustments as needed

Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and shifts

Provide on-call coverage for after-hours roster needs
Care Worker
As a Home Care Assistance caregiver, your role is to support clients in leading safe, independent, and fulfilling lives at home. Responsibilities may include:
