About the Role:

Your role will involve supporting clients in their own homes, particularly during sleepover shifts, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
  • Ensuring safety at home while they sleep and supporting their needs during the night.
  • Providing companionship and social support.

What You Need:

  • A qualification in aged care or disability or relevant experience (Preferred but not Compulsory).
  • A reliable smartphone with data (Compulsory).
  • A current Australian driver’s licence (Compulsory).
  • Comprehensive car insurance (Compulsory).
  • A current First Aid / CPR accreditation (Compulsory).
  • Willingness to obtain a Working With Children (WWC) Check (Blue Card) and an NDIS Worker Screening Check if successful.
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check (National Police Certificate) as part of the employment process.
