Your Guide to Accessing the Right Support

What Are Support At Home Packages?

Support At Home Packages are government-funded services designed to provide older Australians with the support they need to remain living independently in their own homes. For many, this option enables them to retain the familiarity of their surroundings and continue living life on their own terms.

This page serves as a comprehensive guide to help you navigate the process of obtaining a Support At Home Package, ensuring you can access the assistance you need with ease.
