Also from this website is the latest legislation around the rights and responsibilities of providers and consumers. This means that you can be up to date with all the latest information in case you are shopping for a new provider or raising a complain with your current one.
You can also keep up to date by using the governments myagedcare portal or by calling them on 1800 200 422. Through them you can get any changes to home care, as well as all information about accessing items through the myagedcare portal.
There are also some independent websites like Agedcareonline.com that offer news about home care and the providers that give care. There are articles on health, socialising, and the people that are helping to change the home care industry for the better.
