The team go out of their way to make things easy and stress-free. Words can not explain how much I appreciate it.

Cliff has been looking after my home assistance for several months now and I am happy to have him looking after me. His willingness to help whenever I need it is very much appreciated.

Heidi has been to assist Caroline on a couple of occasions now but each time we have been super impressed with her lovely friendliness and can do attitude. I hope we can continue to see Heidi.

I would like to say that Sharon P has assisted Caroline and I on only a few occasions now, but we are very impressed with her very nice attitude and assistance. Nothing seems to be a problem for her and she goes out of her way to help which is wonderful.

This feedback is for Mary B. Mary is very supportive and nice to have around and she goes beyond what is required and exceeds expectations.

Mary Barrett comes to me once a week. She is fantastic. My home is spotless. She is pleasant and just so easy to communicate with. Nothing is too much for her. Her willingness and pleasing personality shines out. Looking forward to having her for a long time. Thank you Mary.

Cliff was rostered to assist with cleaning etc of my home yesterday. He was friendly but also efficient and thorough. I was initially uncomfortable with having a man in my house but his attitude to his tasks soon put my at ease. I hope to have his services in the future.

Nicole Fergestad is my case manager and I am very happy that she is looking after my needs. I feel ‘listened to’ which is not always the case when one is older. She is friendly and checks in on a regular basis. Thank you Nicole for your care.

My case manager, Hayley Asquith, is an absolute star. She responds promptly to my questions and requests in a timely and engaging manner and it’s wonderful to know there’s someone who cares. I was despairing about being able to attend my son’s wedding because of failing health, but Hayley made it possible with a hire wheelchair and the lovely, extremely capable Julia as my care worker/driver. I think I’ll call Hayley my fairy godmother now! Sharon has been my caregiver since my former caregiver, Danielle, left for overseas travel. I can honestly say I have found both young women to be incredibly respectful, cheerful and supportive. It has been a pleasure to have either of them in my home. Thanks to HCA for helping me stay in my own home. You’re the best!
